3. Structure of an Approved Maintenance Organization for CAR-145 The Approved Maintenance Organization for CAR-145 shall provide the Authority (GCAA) with a Maintenance Organization Exhibit (MOE) which shall contain the following required elements about its structure : – The safety and quality policy of maintenance Organization; – Requirements of all staff, including the titles and names of the persons appointed under the CAR; – Lists of duties and responsibilities of the persons appointed; – Structured organization chart showing the chains of associated responsibilities among the nominated persons; – Numbered list of certification personnel and B1 and B2 support personnel; – a general description of the available manpower resources; – The general description of the requirements of the facilities and their location address specified in the MO approval certificate;– The area of ​​the Maintenance Organization of work relevant to the approval;– Also any notification of changes to the maintenance organization In addition to the above items, the approved maintenance organization must provide to the Authority further information relating to the following: – the procedure for modifying the exposure of the maintenance organisation; – Procedures and quality system established by the Maintenance Organisation; – List of commercial operators to whom the MO provides a maintenance service aircraft maintenance; – List of contracting and subcontracting organizations and line stations4. Roles and Responsibilities of Key Personnel in the CAR-145 Approved Maintenance Organization As part of the staffing requirements of the CAR-145 Approved Maintenance Organization, the following key personnel are assigned the following roles and responsibilities: Responsible Manager: Will be appointed by the Director principal. .... half of the document ...... rental experience in accordance with the privileges granted by the aeronautical maintenance engineer license or, having satisfied the provision for the issuance of the appropriate privileges; e3.
