My role was to entertain the elderly with various disabilities. This helped me develop my interpersonal and communication skills as the experience showed how to deal with different personalities and problems. I spent time volunteering at a charity where I worked on a team. This allowed me to improve my teamwork skills and working under pressure. I learned how important it is to work as a team when problems arise and to work with people from different cultures to solve them. At school I was selected to be a principal's ambassador and member of the leadership team. These roles have allowed me to represent the school at open days and parents' evenings. While carrying out these roles I communicated with younger students and staff to help move the school forward in a positive way. I demonstrated this by organizing events such as the school quiz where I took on the leadership role. Thanks to this I developed my skills
