I conducted a master's thesis, titled "Category Management: The Effective Way of Managing Retail Business", under the expert guidance of Prof. Heikki Mattila, Tampere University of Technology, Finland. In this thesis, a perfect scenario is presented through several stages starting from scratch to show how retailers and suppliers can overcome the power game and collaborate with each other.
