We worked very well preparing to talk to each other and developing the points of our group members. Overall the presentation went very well. We were very effective in capturing and maintaining the audience's attention. We asked a series of questions in the introduction to pique interest right from the start. To involve each member of the group in this first form of involvement, we took turns asking questions to the audience. In addition to asking general questions to the audience as a whole, we also involved specific individuals from the audience to make it feel more personalized. Throughout the body, we used a number of techniques such as audience polling, maintaining eye contact and other questions to keep the audience engaged. During the conclusion, we distributed coupons and cups of hot chocolate to motivate our audience to come to our grand opening. Furthermore, we realized that presenting ourselves in a monotonous and unenthusiastic way could easily disinterest the audience. Therefore, we decided to speak with enthusiasm and passion throughout the presentation in order to capture and retain our audience
