This specific despondency is a seemingly lifelong struggle that teenagers experience in their younger years. In my essay I will explain how adolescents can be exposed to the disease and how we can improve their state of depression. First of all, depression is misunderstood by myriad people around the world. Typically, adolescents describe this illness as "living in a black hole" or a feeling of "impending doom" (www.helpguide.org). When young adults are depressed, they have difficulty enjoying hobbies and interests as they once did.
