Advances in modern medicine have extended the longevity of humans. Additionally, there are constraints on human longevity due to various factors such as the effects of aging, the stress of daily living, the increasing costs of receiving effective medical care, and the federal government continuing to mitigate the level of funding that local communities , state and national allocations. and organizations receive aid to various socio-economic, minority and ethnic groups.
