This time, however, I would use positive reinforcement if I were to complete my goals for the week. Positive reinforcement for me was receiving a cheat day if I hit my weekly goals. Cheat day would consist of going to one of my favorite fast food chains like McDonald's and getting the Big-Mac. In order not to completely destroy what I had accomplished during the week, I simply ate a hamburger and drank water. Instead of my usual Big-Mac meal with sweet tea and two strawberry cream pies. I would say it definitely worked because the desire for McDonald's and the love for the Big-Mac helped me get through the
