Students who are unwilling to strengthen the fundamentals they have already mastered are guaranteed not to succeed. The process of metacognition can also fail for students who procrastinate because these students have become so accustomed to certain habits during lectures, readings or homework that they simply do not know how to learn effectively so they would not know when to apply metacognitive strategies, but to the long-lasting commitment will reciprocate the final result
