Science and the Quran cannot be compared in any case because the Quran is the world of God. Let us demonstrate this in detail with the examples of the Quran which is the word of Allah Almighty. That is why Allah challenges the entire humanity to create a single verse similar to the Qur'anic verse. And if you are in doubt regarding what We have sent to Our Messenger, then produce a similar surah and call your witnesses besides Allah, if you are sincere. (2:23) Say no to plagiarism. The Quran is not the book of science but it is the sign of the book. World famous physicist Albert Einstein said: "Science without religion is lame, and religion without science is blind." Astronomy In the field of astronomy a pair of scientists received the noble prize for describing the creation of the earth in 1973. According to them then there was a primary nebula it was a big bang and the nebula turned into a secondary separation into planets, stars and galaxies. In the Quran Allah says: Did not those who disbelieve know that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one piece, and then We separated them? And from water We brought every living thing. Will they not believe then? (9.30pm) The Big Bang theory was explained in detail in the Holy Quran 1400 years earlier. Scientists have discovered that the universe's initial celestial matter was in the form of smoke. But in the Quran it is explained previously. Then He rose (istawa) towards the sky while it was smoke, and said to the heaven and the earth "you both come willy nilly", both said: we come willingly. (41:11 ) Sir Francis Drake undertook a sea voyage in 1577. There he discovered that the Earth is not flat but spherical. But look at the glory of the Holy Quran, it declared the same thing 1400 years ago. In the Holy Quran it is said: "Do you not see (O Muhammad) that Allah merges the night with the day and merges the day with the night and has subdued the sun and the moon, each following its course for an appointed period; and that Allah He is aware of what you do. (31:29) He created the heaven and the earth with truth. He causes the night to enter into the day and the day to enter into the night for an appointed term. Verily, He is the Almighty, the Forgiving. (39:5) And then He spread the earth (79:30) In this verse Allah uses the word Daha'ha which means The Ostrich Egg. Now we know that the earth is not completely circular but the shape of the earth is just like the egg.[1]ZoologyThe Holy Quran says: "There is not an animal (that lives) on the earth, nor a being that flies its wings, but (is part of) communities like you." [Qur'an 6:38] Many researchers come to the point that birds and animals live in the form of communities. Furthermore, the glorious Quran says: "They do not look at the birds, kept poised in the middle of (the air and) the sky? Nothing supports them except (the power of) Allah. Verily, in this are signs for those who believe." [Quran 16:79] Another verse also touches the birds: "Do they not observe the birds above them, as they spread their wings and fold them? None can support them except (Allah) the Compassionate: verily it is He who watches over all things. back", which expresses the idea that Allah holds the bird in His power. These verses emphasize thevery close dependence of the behavior of birds on divine law. Modern scientific data has demonstrated the degree of perfection achieved by some species of birds regarding the programming of their movements. Only the existence of a migratory programmer in the genetic code of birds can explain the long and complicated journey that very young birds, without any previous experience and without any guidance, are able to make. They can also return to the starting point on a defined date. Prof. Hamburger in his book "Power and Fragility" gives the example of the "ram" bird living in the Pacific with its journey of more than 24,000 km in the form of the figure "8". Make this trip over a period of 6 months and return to the starting point with a maximum delay of one week. The very complicated instructions for such a journey must be contained in the nerve cells of the birds. They are definitely planned. So shouldn't we at least reflect on the identity of this 'Programmer'? The glorious Quran says: “And your Lord taught the bee to build its cells in the hills, in the trees and in the dwellings (of men); then eat of all the produce (of the earth) and skillfully find the broad paths of his Lord." [Quran 16:68-69] Von-Frisch received the Nobel Prize in 1973 for his research on and communication of bees. The bee, after discovering a new garden or flower, goes back and communicates to its companions the exact direction and the map to get there, an operation known as the "dance of the bees". transmitting information among the workers bees have been discovered scientifically using photography and other methods. The Quran mentions in the previous verses how the bee with its ability finds the broad paths of its Lord. The genus used for the bee in the previous verses is the female gender (fa'sluk? and kul?), indicating that the bee that leaves its home to collect food is a female bee. In fact, in Shakespeare's play, "Henry the Fourth", some characters talk about bees and mention that bees are soldiers and that they have a king. This is what was thought in Shakespeare's time. They thought that worker bees were male bees and that they would come home and respond to a king bee. This, however, is not true. Worker bees are female and do not belong to a king bee but to a queen bee. But it took modern investigations over the last 300 years to find out. The Holy Quran says: “The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of the Spider, who builds (himself) a house; but in reality the most fragile of houses is the house of the Spider – if only they knew." [Quran 29:41] In addition to giving the physical description of the spider's web as very fragile, delicate and weak, the Quran also emphasizes the fragility of the relationship in the spider's house, where the female spider many times kills her mate, the male spider. The parable also refers to the weakness of such a relationship of people who seek protection for this world and the afterlife from those who do not. I am Allah. The Holy Quran says: “And before Solomon were arrayed his hosts – of Jinn, men and birds, and they were all kept in order and in ranks. “At last, when they came to a (humble) valley of ants , one of the ants said: 'O ants, enter into your dwellings, lest Solomon and his hosts crush you (under their feet) without knowing it.'” [Al-Qur'an 27:17-18]. they would probably have mocked the Quran as a storybook in which ants talk to each other and communicate sophisticated messages. In recent times, however, research has shown us several facts about the lifestyle of ants that were not available beforethey were known to humanity. Many researchers have proven that ants and humans resemble the same lifestyle. This can be found by following studies of rhinomatizoologists. (a) Ants bury their dead similarly to humans. (b) They have a sophisticated system of division of labor under which they have managers, supervisors, foremen, workers, etc. (c) From time to time they meet each other to have a "chat". (d) Ants have an advanced method of communicating with each other somewhat similar to humanity. (e) Ants hold regular "markets" where they exchange goods. (f) They store the grain for long winter periods and if the grain begins to sprout, they cut off the roots, as if they understood that if they let it grow it will rot. If the grain they store gets wet due to rain, they take it outside to the sun to dry and, once dry, they bring it back inside as if they know that the moisture will cause root systems to develop that will cause the grain to rot. . Allah knows best.[2]EmbryologyThe Quran has completely described the stages of embryology in great detail. So far, scientists haven't gotten that far. The long delay in the correct interpretation of these verses is mainly due to inaccurate translations and commentaries and a lack of awareness of scientific knowledge. Interest in explanations of the verses of the Quran is not new. People asked the Prophet Muhammad all sorts of questions about the meaning of the verses referring to human reproduction. The Apostle's answers form the basis of Hadith literature. The translations of the Qur'an verses interpreted in this article were provided by Sheikh Abdul Majid Zendani, professor of Islamic studies at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. “He creates you in your mothers' wombs, in stages, one after another, in three veils of darkness.” This statement is taken from Sura 39. We do not know when it was realized that humans developed in the uterus (womb), but the first known illustration of a fetus in the womb was drawn by Leonardo da Vinci in the 15th century. In the 2nd century AD Galen described the placenta and fetal membranes in his book "On the Formation of the Fetus". Consequently, 7th century AD physicians probably knew that the human embryo developed in the uterus. It is unlikely that they knew that it develops in stages, even though Aristotle had described the developmental stages of the chick embryo in the 4th century BC. The knowledge that the human embryo develops in stages was not discussed and illustrated until the 15th century. After the discovery of the microscope in the 17th century by Leeuwenhoek, descriptions were made of the early stages of the chick embryo. Staging of human embryos was not described until the 20th century. Streeter (194 I) developed the first system of From: Department of Anatomy, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada Address all correspondence to: Keith L. Moore, Ph.D., FIAC, Professor of Anatomy and Associate Dean of Science basic, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, Canada M55 laB . Staging which has now been replaced by a more accurate system proposed by O'Rahilly (1972). “The three veils of darkness” may refer to: (I) the anterior abdominal wall; (2) the uterine wall; and (3) the amniochorionic membrane (Fig. I). Although there are other interpretations of this statement, the one presented here seems the most logical from an embryological point of view. Figure I. Drawing of a sagittal section of the abdomen and pelvis of a female showing a felus in utero. The "veil of darkness" are: (I) the anterior abdominal wall; (2) the uterine wall and (3) the amnion: orionic membrane. “Then We placed it as a drop in a resting place.” This statement is taken from Sura 23:13. The drop or nutfa ishas been interpreted as the sperm or spermatozoon, but a more significant interpretation would be the zygote dividing to form a blastocyst which is implanted in the uterus ("a resting place"). This interpretation is supported by another verse of the Quran which states that "a human being is created from a mixed drop". The zygothesis forms from the union of a mixture of Then we formed the drop into a leech-like sperm and the ovum ("The Mixed Drop"). " structure ". This statement is taken from Sura 23:14. The word "alaca" refers to a leech or leech. This is an apt description of the human embryo from days 7 to 24, when it attaches to the endometrium of the uterus, in the same way that a leech attaches to the skin. Just as the leech draws blood from the host, the human embryo draws blood from the pregnant decidua or endometrium. It is remarkable how much the 23-24 day embryo resembles a leech (Fig. 2). Since no microscopes or lenses were available in the 7th century, doctors would not have known that the human embryo had this leech-like appearance. In the first part of the fourth week, the embryo is barely visible to the naked eye because it is smaller than a grain of wheat. Figure 2. Above, a drawing of a leech or leech. Below, a drawing of a 25-day-old human embryo. Note the leech-like appearance of the human embryo at this stage. Figure 3. On the left, a flat model of the human embryo that had the appearance of chewed meat. At right, a drawing of a 28-day-old human embryo showing several bead-like somites that resemble the tooth marks in the model shown on the left. “Then out of that leech-like structure, we created a chewed piece.” This statement is also taken from Sura 23:14. The Arabic word "mudghah" means "chewed substance or chewed piece". Towards the end of the fourth week, the human embryo looks a bit like a chewed piece of meat (Fig. 3). The chewed appearance is due to the somites that resemble tooth marks. The somites represent the beginnings or primordia of the vertebrae. “Then we made bones from the chewed piece and coated the bones with meat.” This continuation of Sura 23:14 indicates that from the stage of the chewed piece, bones and muscles are formed. This is in accordance with embryological development. First bones form as cartilage patterns and then muscles (flesh) develop around them from somatic mesoderm. “Then we developed another creature.” , This next part of Sura 23:14 implies that the bones and muscles give rise to the formation of another creature. This may refer to the human-like embryo that forms by the end of the eighth week. At this stage it has distinctive human characteristics and possesses the primordia of all internal and external organs and parts. After the eighth week, the human embryo is called a fetus. This may be the new creature referred to in the verse understanding." This portion of Sura 32:9 indicates that the special senses of hearing, seeing, and feeling develop in this order, which is true. The beginnings of inner ears appear before the eyes, and the brain (the place of understanding) differentiates last. “So from a piece of chewed flesh, partly formed and partly formless.” This part of Sura 22:5 seems to indicate that the embryo is composed of both differentiated and undifferentiated tissues the cartilaginous bones are differentiated, the embryonic connective tissue or mesenchyme that surrounds them is undifferentiated. Subsequently it differentiates into the muscles and ligaments attached to the bones "And we let whoever we want rest in the wombs for an appointed term." The next part of Sura 22:5 seems to imply that Goddetermine which embryos will remain in the uterus until completion. It is known that many embryos abort during the first month of development and that only about 300/0 of the zygotes that form develop into fetuses that survive to birth. This verse has also been interpreted to mean that God determines whether the embryo will develop into a boy or a girl and whether the child will be beautiful or ugly. The interpretation of the Qur'an verses regarding human development would not have been possible in the 7th century AD, or even one hundred years ago. We can interpret them now because the science of modern embryology offers us new understanding. No doubt there are other verses of the Quran relating to human development which will be understood in the future as our knowledge increases.[3] OceanographyAllah says: (And He is the One who released the two seas (types of water): this is pleasant and sweet, and this is salty and bitter; and He has placed a barrier and a complete division between them.) (25:53) Allah has clearly said in the Holy Quran that there is a barrier between brackish water and fresh water. , but we got to know it a few decades ago by scientists. Allah says: (Or [the state of a disbeliever] is like darkness in a vast deep sea, overwhelmed with waves surmounted by waves, surmounted by dark clouds, (layers of) darkness upon darkness: if a man stretches out his hand, he can hardly see it! And for him for whom Allah has not appointed light, there is no light.) (24:40) It is known and scientifically proven that in the extreme depths of the ocean there is no light, only darkness . . The cause of this is that the sun's rays cannot reach it, as the oceans range from a few hundred meters deep up to 11034 meters deep! Darkness in deep seas and oceans is found around depths of 200 meters and below. At this depth there is almost no light. Below 1000 meters depth there is no light. Therefore, most of the sun's rays are absorbed by the water at 100 meters. This portion of the sea is known as the bright portion. Subsequently, at 150 meters 1% of the sun's rays are visible and at 200 meters 0.01% of the rays are visible. The ozone layer hundreds of kilometers above the earth reflects the majority of ultraviolet rays, while clouds reflect 30% and absorb 19% of these rays. Only 51% of these rays reach the sea; between 3 and 30% of sunlight is reflected on the sea surface. So in the first 200 meters almost all seven colors of the light spectrum are absorbed one after the other, except blue light.[4]GeologyThe Quran draws attention to a very important geological function of mountains. “And We have placed upon the earth mountains that stand firm, that it may not tremble with them.” [Quran 21:31] As we have noted, in the verse it is stated that the mountains have the function of preventing shocks to the Earth. This fact was not known to anyone at the time of the revelation of the Quran. In fact, it was only recently brought to light following the discoveries of modern geology. Mountains were once thought to be simply projections on the face of the earth. Scientists have now come to the conclusion that mountains are not just shallow elevations or protrusions, but that they extend 10-15 times their height into the ground, and these extensions are called mountain roots. With these properties, mountains play a role similar to that of a nail or post driven into the ground. For example, a peak like Mount Everest, which rises nearly 9 km above the Earth's surface, has a root that extends downward for more than 125 km. Furthermore, mountains emerge as a result of the movements and collisions of the massive plates that form the earth's crust. When two plates collide, the stronger one slides under the other, the one at the top bends and forms hills and mountains. The underlying layer proceeds underground and makes a deep extension downwards. This means, as previously pointed out, that mountains have a portion extending downwards that is as large as their visible portion on Earth. In geology, the phenomenon of 'folding' is a recently discovered fact. Folding is responsible for the formation of mountain ranges. The earth's crust, on which we live, is like a solid shell, while the deeper layers are hot and fluid, and therefore inhospitable to any form of life. It is also known that the stability of mountains is linked to the phenomenon of folding, since it is precisely the folds that provide the foundations for the reliefs that make up the mountains. Geologists tell us that the radius of the Earth is about 6,035 km and the crust on which we live is very thin, between 2 and 35 km. Since the crust is thin, it has a high chance of shaking. Mountains act like poles or pegs that support the Earth's crust and give it stability. The Quran contains exactly such a description: "Have we not made the earth as a broad expanse, and the mountains as rungs?" a tent); they are the deep foundations of geological folds. A book titled "Earth" is considered a basic reference textbook on geology in many universities around the world. One of the authors of this book is Dr. Frank Press, who was president of the United States Academy of Sciences for 12 years and science advisor to former US President Jimmy Carter. In this book he illustrates the wedge-shaped mountain and the mountain itself as a small part of the whole, whose [5]root is deeply rooted in the ground.1 According to Dr. Press, mountains play an important role in stabilizing the crust terrestrial.[6]BotanyPreviously, humans did not know that plants also have male and female gender distinctions. Botany states that every plant has a male and female gender. Even unisexual plants have distinct elements of both male and female genders. And he sent water down from the sky. With it we produced several pairs of plants, each separate from the others. [Quran 20:53] And he made fruits of every kind in pairs, two by two. [Quran 13:3] Fruit is the final product of reproduction of higher plants. The stage that precedes the fruit is the flower, which has male and female organs (stamens and ovules). Once the pollen has been carried to the flower, they bear the fruit, which in turn ripens and releases the seed. All fruits therefore imply the existence of male and female organs; a fact that is mentioned in the Quran. In some species the fruits can come from unfertilized flowers (parthenocarpic fruits), for example bananas, some types of pineapple, figs, oranges, vines, etc. They also have precise sexual characteristics. And we created pairs of everything. [Quran 51:49] This verse emphasizes everything. In addition to humans, animals, plants, and fruits, it could also refer to electricity in which atoms are made up of negatively and positively charged electrons and protons. And many other things! Glory be to Allah, who created in pairs all things that the earth produces, as well as their (human) species and (other) things of which they have no knowledge. [Quran 36:36] The Quran here says that everything is created in pairs, including things that humans do not know at present and may discover later. Conclusion We cannot prove the verses of the Quran to be wrong because there are still some hidden truths that science has failed to find. It may be that in the near future those realities of the universe will be discovered by science. Yes, that's why Allah Almighty places emphasis/
