I knew that eating breakfast at McDonald's every day was bad for me, but that didn't stop me. I had a weakness for junk food and frequented fast food restaurants. About 2 years ago my boyfriend who is now my husband decided to get married. The first time I tried on clothes I weighed 170 and was wearing a size 14 dress and felt terrible about my weight. I knew I had to do something about my weight. I signed up for a CrossFit center and did a 6 week boot camp challenge. I changed the way I ate and lost 20 pounds. I felt great but that feeling didn't last long. I love food and I'm the type of person who ignores limits on when to stop eating. After the wedding I gained 10 kilos and I wasn't about to stop eating all that delicious food. Until I recently went to the doctor and they told me I had high cholesterol. Being 24 I never imagined I would get it at a young age? I'm not the type to look at store labels, if I find it appetizing I will buy it and eat it. I haven't completely changed my eating habits but I'm improving
