The customer service department handles all inquiries, complaints, problems, etc. of customers. This department is divided into teams ranging in size from two to four people depending on expected phone traffic. They work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (Stoney IT Audit) The goal of a customer service department is to provide exceptional services to customers in order to earn their trust so that they return to Stoney for future purchases. Using the customer support module, Stoney will be able to manage order tracking, account monitoring and customer support. Additionally, Stoney will be able to offload some customer service teams and retrain them to perform additional tasks that could help the company turn a profit.
