I think our government would have collapsed in 1700. The Constitution saved our country from a dramatic economic collapse. The Constitution today has great value in my opinion simply because after two hundred years we still follow it and live according to it. This document forms the bulk of the qualifications, rules and restrictions followed by the people and the government.
