Topic > Overcoming Mental Illness - 1198

People who suffer from mental illness tend to have low self-esteem due to negative thoughts, dwell on a weakness, and blame themselves for things that go wrong. One of the many difficulties people face is completing homework, starting a new hobby, withdrawing from social contacts, and worrying about how others feel about you. Since some people think that there is no way out of their emotional instability, they resort to drugs and this results in harmful relationships and increases their mental state.
