While we are on Facebook, Instagram we can see lots of advertisements; all those advertisements from companies that improve their business through Social Media. First, to back up my point, my first small organization is a Madam Boutique (traditional Indian style clothes). Indians live all over the world, many Indians have liked and followed his Facebook and Instagram page every day and also post the new styles of traditional dresses on monthly or weekly basis. Their customers order the dresses online, send a sample and video chat with them. Their Facebook says they respond within hours. Through the Facebook page and the Instagram page they expand the visibility of their customers day after day. My second big company is Southwest airline which will clearly show us that social media has an impact on business. Southwest Airlines is the major US airline, the largest low-cost airline, headquartered in Delas. Southwest airline is a national airline that flies only within the United States. Research shows that since 2006, Southwest airline has started using online or social media to acquire more customers. “Southwest Airlines is the first airline to reach over 5 million fans on Facebook” (Southwest Airlines Co., 2016). Additionally, the Southwest Airline organization says it listens to customers first and then tries to share the "real" content of the topics.
