Gender TheoryGender theories can be related to a person's emotional stability, status in society, work ethic, and most importantly, their ability to relate to others . As text sources, personal experience, research books, articles and websites are used to explain the importance of male and female communication, in itself it is only a theory based on historical and internal learning that influences me as a student (Wood , 2011). Ultimately, the theory that best describes my gender characteristics will influence the outcome of the opinion. This is what makes gender theory so interesting, it is a theory based on personal biases. To explain the differences and similarities in the genre, several theories have been established and studied, each with its own validation. Biological Theory Research has established that biological theory relating to gender is based largely on the chromosomal composition of individuals. The chemical composition of the body plays an important role in this; chromosomes are a significant factor in the physical, emotional and social aspect of gender. Men who have the XY chromosome are the determining factor in the sex of the children they father, however women who have the XX chromosome according to the text are dominant in social terms, heredity and passing on certain intellectual abilities. Because differences not only in social skills and physical abilities there is evidence relating increased hormonal influence to how men and women interact emotionally. Interpersonal Theory This theory focuses on the interpersonal relationships formed by individuals based on their sexual composition. There are three subtheories listed within this theory: Psychodynamics, Social Learning, and Cognitive Development, each with their own argument… in the center of the paper… the woman goes to work and is the financial provider. When this happens, it is possible that new theories will be developed but communication will always be a factor between gender groups, this is because in general we are all different and come together with different backgrounds, beliefs and predisposed opinions. There is not necessarily a right or wrong thing, in reality the migration of people with the same interests, cultures and beliefs will continue to form pocket communities where they can communicate with similar people.
