Personally my religion is Christianity, but regardless of my specific faith I believe that this life is over, that another world, another life exists beyond what we are inside now. It simply comforts me to believe that there is something more. It is up to the individual to decide whether the dead are resurrected or reincarnated, but either way we will have more than one life to live. I don't think about the technical aspects of life after death. I don't try to visualize what that existence will be like, I just believe in it. If you can find some basis to believe and trust that there is more than this life here on earth and with that find inner peace and acceptance, perhaps you will achieve grace, nirvana or
