Indian culture is best understood when experienced firsthand. Words on paper cannot do justice to this majestic country. The country has some flaws such as corruption, pollution and low wages. However, the government and citizens are working hard to try to change the way the world looks at India. For the most part, the Indian people appreciate the traditions and customs that their ancestors taught them. Indian culture depends on the regions, as each region is different from the other. It is one of the most colorful cultures in the world. When most people think of India, they seem to only recognize the flaws like pollution, overpopulation and stereotypes. Most people fail to realize what the country has to offer, with so much information, history and so many tourist sites. Indian culture is one of the most diverse cultures due to the beautiful clothes, delicious foods, entertainment for all, countless languages and religious composition of the country. There are two categories of foods in India; North Indian and South Indian food. The two types of foods have some differences, but they have a lot in common.
