2 Samuel 12 1-31The plot begins with God sending the prophet Nathan. Who is Nathan the prophet. He is described as a messenger, a court counselor, a man of great integrity. A man steadfast in his faith in God, his social status puts him in a position to know the inner workings of the royal house and God's revelation. Nathan is skilled, faithful, and willing to serve a powerful prophetic message from God. In Today's story Nathan would be considered a role model. Nathan's techniques describe him as a great storyteller. The Bible tells us that Nathan served King David and his son King Solomon.
