Reflection Paper This paper provides a personal reflective analysis on teamwork based on the previous lesson. From reading I learned the following. First, organizations use teams as a means to achieve workplace goals. Indeed, teamwork encourages the inclusive involvement of individuals in carrying out tasks. This is based on the assumption that teams are made up of individuals with common goals. Furthermore, teams are a collection of individuals with different characteristics put together. Teams can easily complete tasks while gaining additional motivation, satisfaction and productivity. Second, team norms imply a set of guidelines that teams develop to shape their form of interaction. This interaction could happen between them and other external members. Teams develop norms during initial and subsequent meetings.
