I studied for months reading that booklet from cover to cover, day after day. Then the day finally came when I could take the test, I didn't ignore a single question. Most would have given up, but that didn't stop me, I studied harder than before, did online practice tests and my mom asked me questions; I came back the next day as nervous as the first time and in the end I passed, even though I wasn't dressed as well and didn't look as nice as the first time, everything went well because I finally got permission! The required forty hours seemed impossible to accomplish, but within a couple of months I had those hours in the bag. Just as the day approached that I would receive my license, after six long months of patient waiting, a truly eye-opening experience occurred. Every day I went to school with my mother and my little sister, then I would go down and go to school and my mother would go to work. But just as we approached the school in a tiny Hyundai Accent car, we were almost hit by a huge city garbage truck, just as I saw this, I swerved out of my lane into oncoming traffic and was almost hit by a 'other car.
