Well, I've been named editor-in-chief of my high school yearbook. Our staff consisted of about thirty writers, designers, and photographers, a decently sized group for our group goal. My leadership style was borderline democratic with a touch of laissez-faire. It was especially hard for me to delegate, but it would have been even harder if I hadn't.
