Well, I've been named editor-in-chief of my high school yearbook. Our staff consisted of about thirty writers, designers, and photographers, a decently sized group for our group goal. My leadership style was borderline democratic with a touch of laissez-faire. It was especially hard for me to delegate, but it would have been even harder if I hadn't. Because of our interdependence, I did not seek out each staff member to monitor their progress. I was always ready to help if necessary, however I mainly communicated with the other editors.
