Volunteers should have clear criminal records and reliable recommendations. I would also like to support greater participation in community programs among the elderly, disabled and disadvantaged residents, for example through the improvement and expansion of existing programs and facilities that can accommodate them. Elderly residents could benefit greatly from participating in the activities and programs offered in the neighborhood, however, there is a need to provide accessible, preferably free (or low-cost) transportation to these services and programs.
