I couldn't think of a better example or provider for myself than my mother. She was on the right path for the rest of her life because she entered college when she was only 17 years old. When she tells me these types of stories, they always talk about being the youngest girl in class who everyone else thinks should still be in high school. My mother got pregnant when she was 19 and had my brother Ross when he was 20. In the interview, my mother expressed through her tone of voice how much she didn't want to do it. So when my first interview was somehow deleted from my phone, I had to force her to sit down and answer it again. I would say that the questions I asked were quite exhausting because it is a sensitive topic. I also think it's good for your mind and body to reflect on difficult moments in your life so you can ultimately become a better person. The events that happened during this entire process shape my mother into the person she is today. I would describe my mother as intelligent, witty and caring. I think the fact that my mother raised my brother so young almost suggested that they would argue with each other later down the road. All children are more likely to do bad things if their parents were in the same boat as them around this age. Once my mother found out she was pregnant, I'm sure many questions and thoughts ran through her mind. For example, “what am I going to tell my parents” or “how are we going to support this new baby because we are broke?” She finally faced all the facts and decided to keep this precious baby, which in my opinion was the right choice because without him our family would not be complete. As I said in the interview...... middle of paper. .....h in the midst of all the fighting because they are still alive and well. My brother is very tech savvy, so he's trying to start his own business doing computer repairs and stuff like that. He has a wonderful girlfriend, Sonia, who is the perfect match for him. My mom is still married to my dad, Robbie and they just celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary in early April! My mother is now a special education teacher at Shafer Elementary and my father is a telephone technician at AT&T. My parents are now not only raising me, but also my sister Chrissy, because my brother has been gone since he was 28. I would say my mom did a little better job raising us than my brother because this was her second try and she already had experience doing it. I think he took his mistakes with my brother and learned from them. We are doing well thanks to her and my father!
