Topic > The Classification of Descriptive Ethics - 1843

Values and ethics are fundamental to any organization. Values can be defined as those things that are substantial/valuable or valued by someone, it is what we as professionals judge to be correct both on a personal and organizational level. Therefore ethics can be defined as moral standards that govern one's actions or the administration of a business. BODY3 TYPES OF ETHICS1. Descriptive Ethics The descriptive ethics classification is the clearest to understand: it simply includes explaining how people function or what various moral principles they insist on pursuing. Descriptive ethics combines investigations from the fields of human studies, psychology, sociology, and past events as part of the process of understanding what people hold or have assumed to be true about moral standards. 2. Normative Ethics The classification of normative ethics includes making or taking into account moral norms. Therefore, it is an attempt to understand what people should do or whether their current moral behavior is moderate. Of course, most of the field of moral knowledge has immersed itself in normative ethics: there are a small number of philosophers out there who have not tried to break down what they perceive, what people should do, and why. Analytical ethics (metaethics) The classification of analytical ethics, often also attributed as metaethics, is perhaps the most complicated of the three to understand. Indeed, some philosophers disagree on the question of whether or not non-aligned research should be contemplated, justifying that it should alternatively be included in normative ethics. However, it is talked about so often that it deserves a separate discussion hereTHE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ETHICS, VALUES AND NORMS.ValuesV...... middle of sheet ......above the strengths that can best be summarized and put forward as leaders .
