Philosophy of MinistryPhilosophy of Ministry: God's desires come first, I must always live my ministry as God wants. I must live as a Christian (1 Corinthians 9:27). I must have a fair abandonment ratio to the Leader. In my personal life or in the Church I must understand that Christ is Head and Chief Shepherd (Ephesians 1:22, Hebrews 13:20). The “management” of the Church concerns relationships with God and Man, not just the maintenance of a social organization. The meeting of the Church is for worship and for the growth of the saved. Sharing on Sunday serves to give us the energy to reach the lost. The main elements of Sunday worship are the Lord's Supper, prayer and preaching. Singing and fellowship are important secondary elements of the Sunday service. However, these aspects easily become the main focus of the service. So I reduce them and it's easier to achieve balance in the serve. My preaching must be understandable even to the most ignorant Christian. Furthermore, preaching must be solidly exegetical. I must never be afraid to preach the hard things of the gospel. We should allow non-Christians to attend the Sunday service, but not seek them out for that service. However, I will organize some events for the lost. Because those events can help young Christians feel comfortable with evangelism. By leading events for non-Christians I can teach the proper doctrine before they come to Christ. I also expect the congregation to be trained in individual evangelism. Focus on teaching the simple doctrine of salvation. Wednesday services are great for ministering to the family, both young people and their parents. I need to reach the youth because it is difficult to evangelize after the youth have been indoctrinated into education… middle of the paper… and it is a building not strictly necessary, just Christian people. And the Time of the End: First of all, the events of the final judgment should not be called “End Times”, but rather the End of Times. The End happens once, if I say End Times I sound like a Hindu who believes in an endless cycle of recreation and judgment. I have already covered some of Christ's role in the End Times. I mentioned how Jesus would return in a real and visible way, I really believe that. He will judge all men on the last day. Those who are in Christ can share in the righteousness of Christ and are judged by it. We too will share in His reward. Hell will forever exist as a place to hold Satan. Demons and those who choose him over Christ. But Heaven is the throne of God's glory and the reward for the righteous. We will receive our resurrection body and all pain of any kind will disappear for those in Heaven.
