While completing Project #2. 2 Over the past five weeks I have learned a number of lessons that I can apply to future teamwork situations. The most important lessons I learned from this project are the following: how to be a manager, how to work with others who don't have the same work ethic as me, and most importantly, how to fire someone from the group. Every lesson learned will help me in my future as an engineer; learn to choose reliable, hard-working people and be able to manage such people. Team management has never been one of my strong traits, as I feel more comfortable doing heavy lifting and being given personal tasks. Rather than making sure others stay focused on the tasks I've assigned them. At the beginning of the project no one was really comfortable with each other, as most of us had just met and were unsure of what to expect.
