Career choice is undoubtedly the most important decision a person could make in their life. For example, Ginzberg, Ginsburg, Axelrad, and Herma, conducted a major study in 1951 on career choice, which is now known in the 21st century as the original theories on the topic. The main objective of Ginzberg et al. (1951) was research into the behavior of individuals, how to make decisions at different stages, and how the self-concept adapts to new conditions. Ginzberg (1951) always stated that career choice is a lifelong decision-making process that seeks satisfaction in one's work. According to Ginzberg et al., the takeaway from his research was that humans make their own decision that equates their values and interests with the talents available to them, as well as costs. Ginzberg (1951) emphasized that choosing an occupation is one of the most important and crucial choices a human being makes in his life. Furthermore, Williams (1974:15) referred to how it is sometimes very important to decide one's standard of living, income, quality of life, self-esteem, social relationships, environment and it is essential to find out whether the child of a particular family would enter into which professional field. As stated above by Williams (1974), it reflects how satisfied a person is with their work environment and it can often be predicted that other aspects of that particular person's life will follow from this. However, Goldthorpe (2003) explains that pupils from less advantaged classes must demonstrate more merit than pupils from more advantaged classes to obtain the same place. Achieved roles are those roles that can be achieved and… half of the paper… structural factors are shown to be largely based on human factors. New government policies are trying to eliminate inequalities. Consequently, one could say that if a human being is given a sufficiently fair choice among all available jobs, then the choice will depend on his freedom of choice, but it is very difficult to measure which job is best for a person based on that is. it may not be perceived by others. It is our choice, the path we choose because in the end it is our life, the path we want to go. Choosing an occupation can be very difficult for a person because there are many factors that influence the person while making a decision which is mostly discussed in this essay such as race, gender, inequality, class, role of women and there there are many other factors explained in this essay that can influence a person's life while choosing an occupation.
