Shakespeare brings negative language into play with the metaphor of the "housewife" and a triple meaning of "Will", to underline that feeling affection for another is distressing, but also a method of restoring the diminished reflection she saw of him. The word “Will” can be considered unclear, as it acts as the word that takes the place of the noun, the lover's name, and the verb that suggests desire. Interestingly, the speaker is compared to a crying annoying child and is mocked for appearing frail and frantic. The heartbreaking scene of the child chasing the housewife, who is chasing her love interest who has no interest in her, shows that the child and the housewife are both pursuing something that is out of their reach of reality. It's like they're both in a fantasy
