In William Blake's poems, “The Lamb,” “The Tyger,” “The Chimney Sweeper,” and “Infant Sorrows,” there is something very clearly wrong in society. A very common way to make a change in society is to write poems or stories that make people feel sympathy for those who are oppressed or mistreated. Some do this through satire.
