THE PRODUCT/SERVICEKaffee Schnaps is a service of a coffee shop by day and a beer/wine bar by night. During the day our customers can enjoy the experience of a real café, where they can relax with a cup of coffee. We are trying to provide a warm and welcoming environment, with lower music volume, a chatty atmosphere and a relaxed environment. It is a full-service coffee shop that serves coffee drinks such as latte, mocha, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc., with small ready-made food items such as different types of sandwiches, pastries and salads like any other coffee shop. Along with regular flavored coffee we will also offer customizable coffee; where the customer can prepare their own flavored coffee. But if we think it's unsafe, we won't serve it. Each item of that personalized coffee will have a separate price tag, which will add to the final price. For gourmet customers who prefer to make their own coffee at home, Kaffee Schnaps will also sell coffee beans. The bar transforms into a beer/wine bar at 5pm. The bar will have the same relaxing and elegant atmosphere, rather than noisy that is mostly seen in a normal bar. We will have a fine selection of wines at affordable prices. There will also be craft beers along with Bud Light Platinum. We will host occasional special nights where we will bring in live acoustic music and offer specials on the night. The clientele we attract will be a little more sophisticated than the usual rowdy crowd that tends to have a bar. There will be a high-speed internet connection, so that our customers can use it freely for study, work or simply to surf. We will provide indoor and outdoor seating, so our customers can enjoy the good weather while having fun. ...... half of the paper ...... the raw material distributors, from whom we will buy the raw materials at a good full selling price. The wholesale price of coffee beans is about $8 per pound. The wine costs about $200 a case, or about $25 a bottle. The full retail price of Bud Light beer is approximately $6 per case for 6 packs, craft beer is approximately $9 per case for 6 packs, and specialty beer is approximately $15 per case for 4 packs. It is very easy to lose customers as they discover new places. Therefore, as we grow and become successful, we will include a variety of coffee, wine and beer beans from around the world in our inventory. Like any other shop, Kaffee Schnaps will branch out to different locations so other people can experience it. We will continue to improve the environment we are trying to create.
