I also understand that my patient care skills at this point are not sufficient to be able to work confidently. I intended to continue learning about patient center care by observing other professional nurses as they care for their patients; I will continue to ask questions when I don't know the answer to my patient's care; I will continue to study my textbook to discover better ways to perform patient center care. This way I can learn more skills and feel more confident when taking care of my patients. Beyond that, I also understand that there will always be challenges when it comes to treating patients because every patient is very different; but I believe I can improve my professional nursing practice as long as I have the determination to learn and eliminate any challenges that come my way.
